We offere a complete range of PE electrofusion piping systems from 16mm to 315mm in diameter.

General:

Each of our mould is unique copy as it has been customised to fit its customer's requirements.

Ensure adequate cooling in the cavities,in the plates and in the sliders.

The mould always have locks(in X and Y),whether direct (between protrusion/cavity) or through the use of accessories.

Make hanging threads in all mould plates,positioning it in such a manner that the mould remains in balance.

Mouldbase: StandardizationUse, whenever possible metric standards like LKM for all the mould components. (including guidebushing, guide pin, ejector pin and so on)2.2 Moudbase surface finishingAll plates should be painted with automotive paint blue or green to protect against the corrosion.2.3. Cores & cavitiesThe cores, cavities and inserts made of stainless steel, hardened and tempered up to 45-48 HRC.Surface finish: Mirror Finish-Diamond Polished2.4 Core wedge blocks to be manufactured from P20 local steel and heat treatment by gas nitriding.Wedge blocks need to be located in deep pockets to prevent movement.2.5. Steel hardness in general:It is good practice and necessary to have a difference of several points HRC hardness betweensliding steel mould parts to prevent pick up between the steel parts. For example any P20 core slidesor wear plates should be gas nitride.(Steel material and final hardness certificate will be supplied with the molds)
